We have teachers who care about students and who can communicate God's truth about issues that matter to teens. College/Singles/Young Adult Class Lighthouse Class-Room 216 Jeff Fuller-Youth Minister will be facilitating a new beginning for this class. If you are interested in this age group or need more information, please call the Office at 731-686-7431, or email: secretary@milanfirst.org Adult Sunday School Classes Path Finders– Room 214 We are a small group enthusiastic about learning and living Gods word through current Christian discussions about how to apply what we are learning so we can become active disciples of Jesus Christ. We are not age specific and we welcome everyone to join our class! Pairs and Spares– Room 212 Taught by Mike Hill. "The Pairs & Spares class is designed for all age groups, couples or singles. The curriculum is Bible based and therefore no outside material required. This unique class brings different perspectives of varied ideas on being a Christian in today's world." Adult Sunday School Class-Room 211 Taught by Rex Tatum & Jimmy Garmany. "Our class is composed of couples and singles of all age groups. Our focus of study is the Bible. We use the Adult Bible Study Sunday School Series as our literature. Our class is open to discussion and we actively participate in this part of class. We welcome visitors to our class where you will find a warm welcome." New Beginnings– Room 215 Taught by Larry Hart. "All ages welcome! We have a relaxed atmosphere and encourage class discussion and participation. We study the Bible through various literature and media. Our class strives weekly to learn more about and walk closer to Jesus." Round Table– Room 213 Taught by Lewis Kizer, Allen Rainey, Charles Cowen, & Chris Smithy. "The Round Table Sunday School Class is a class of adults studying God's word through a variety of books. Presently, we are using James Moore's book, God Was Here And I Was Out to Lunch. Generally, the cost of materials is less than $10. Come join us around the table for lively discussion on where God is leading us in ministry, both as individuals and as a church. On the 3rd Friday of every other month, we continue these lively discussions with a fellowship dinner in someone's home." Irene Holt-Room 162 This is a senior men’s class that studies Adult Sunday School Literature. Our age ranges from 75 and above and open to everyone. Wesley Class-Room 165This is a senior ladies class that studies Adult Sunday School Literature. They are involved in many activities within the church are the volunteers of the greeting card ministry. Forum– Room 160 Taught by Sara Flippin. "All of our members are senior citizens, approximate age 60 to 84. We use the Bible and not Sunday School books, etc." Couples Class- Room 207 Fellowship– Room 166 This class is made up of retired couples and singles. We welcome anyone to join in to study the bible together, study Cokesbury and Adult literature, and share our faith.
