What are the Wanderers?

The Wanderers are a group of men and women ages 50 and over that love to get out and go. We go on short and long trips throughout the year. Past excursions include a cruise to Alaska, a train ride in East TN, seeing plays at the Dixie in Huntingdon, and eating at Patti's in KY. We have monthly add-a-dish meals to discuss upcoming trips and to plan our calendar. I hope that you will join us for our next event listed to the right! See ya there!

March

Senior Prom—March 13 at 5:00 PM at Chapel Hill Baptist Church

  • Cost is $5.00 per couple or $3.00 per person—Includes meal and photo. Sign up by February 27!
  • Presented by The College and Young Adult Ministry
  • Features music and mock entertainment from the 50s and 60s
  • Meet at Chapel Hill Baptist Church, pay at door the night of event!

Monthly Add-A-Dish Meeting is March 16 at 6:00 PM

Graceland & eat at Jim—n—Nick’s BBQ –March 20

  • Platinum Tour—Tour Mansion and grounds, ’68 Special, 2 custom airplanes, Automobile Museum, Hollywood Exhibit, The King & Pop Culture Exhibit, Private Presley Exhibit
  • Cost is $28.00 per person for tour. Tour begins at 10:00 am
  • Eat at Jim-N-Nick’s BBQ in Cordova. Pay for meal separately.
  • Fuel charge is $7.00 per person
  • Total Cost is $35.00 per person—due to Angela. Pay for meal separately at Jim –n-Nicks BBQ
  • Saturday, March 20. Leave church at 8:30 am. Sign up and money due March 7

  • Cost is $46.00 per person (Includes tour, lunch, and fuel)
